Where is My Stuff?

A note about shipping - each item offered is manufactured upon order. This ensures that our products are fresh when they arrive at your door. Due to the fact that our products are not sitting on a shelf gathering dust and getting old, you can rest assured that you will receive a fresh new product. Thus, while our regular days for shipping are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, it may take up to a week or more for you to actually receive your order. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. We can not guarantee DELIVERY DATE as this can only be controlled by the shipping company. If premium shipping is paid for and the shipper does not perform, we will work with you to get a refund of shipping costs. We can only estimate a shipping date as production schedules change.

Refund Policy:

We use only the finest materials available, as this ensures long lasting high quality. Should you find a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly replace your product with the exact same design as the defective product. A return RMA number must accompany all returns and must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Returning Items:

Shop with confidence. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. WARNING, We will NOT refund skins that have had the backing paper removed. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back, 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Refund:

Shipping charges incurred cannot be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for the shipper's errors, if you supply with incorrect address and/or contact name information. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and any address correction charges will be billed to the buyer.
